Town Homestead (Tier 2)

Allows individuals or small groups to establish themselves in a Town. Town Homesteads are limited in space and functionality. Large groups should consider building a Homestead Keystone outside of Town, which enables much more space and functionality.

Only one Homestead can be built per Family
