Highwayman Cloak
The cloak of a common Reaver Highwayman. The lowest of the low, Highwayman prey on those who can’t defend themselves, striking along common roadways and bridges. Even if their toll is paid, they’re just as likely to rob passersby of their lives as well as their goods
